As we complete the migration of thousands of email accounts from Midcounties Cooperative to new mail.coop accounts users may be aware of some periods over the course of the day where the system appears slow or even unresponsive, especially if you are accessing your email account through the webmail service.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration that this is likely to cause. Our servers are experiencing a particularly heavy load during this period.
Please rest assured that we are monitoring things very closely and doing all we can to minimise any disruption and keep things running smoothly. Yesterday we brought significant additional hardware resources to bear, with a further major upgrade planned to go live in the next few days.
